WHO WE ARE?
candelalight, is a multidisciplinary professional with a mix of technical and design education. Industrial engineer by University Polytechnic at Madrid UPM2002 and Master in European Civil Engineer at École National des Ponts et Chaussées at Paris ENPC2004. Started but not finish a double degree with architecture school at École Ville Techniques et Territoires de Marne-la-Vallée at Paris EAMV2002-04; and also École Arts Appliquées Duperée at Paris. Worked as engineer/architect at RFR 2004-05 for Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal Development ; Shangai Chandelier and Siège Social Bouygues, Paris. Master in Virtual Architecture at Centre Superieur of Building 2005-06 and work at Group ACS International Civil Engineering Projects 2005-06. Work as freelance with Anton Amann at Architecture Lighting Solutions for the International Exhibition at Saragossa 2008, First Price Ideas-Award for Manzanares Temporary Lighting and Bonaire Loft Building at Valencia. Master in Photography Concept and Creation at EFTI 2008-09. Creates CANDELALIGHT the 2009. Master in Cognitive Systems and Interactive Media at the Pompeu Fabra University at Barcelona 2009-10. Develop of an interactive lighting-design prototype in a Residence at the Medialab Hangar Barcelone, exhibit at Centre Art Complutense and the Instut d'Art Moderne of Valencia. Also colaborates in multimedia projects in Medialab Prado at Madrid 2011 and candelalight.org was present at the Proffesional Lighting Design Convention with an electronic paper called "Embodiment of the spaces and the internal representation of lighting".
